We are looking for a temporary replacement (with a prospect to extend) for the role of Brand Manager for our NAUTIS product. In this position, you will be responsible for building promotional marketing campaigns and manage all day to day activities in the customer lifecycle (acquire, develop & retain) for all our customer segments and targeted audiences. You will create and manage content that will serve as a fundamental part of the campaigns and support our Business Development teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement the brand communication strategy for NAUTIS, based on the company’s strategy.
  • Together with the team develop and implement an integrated marketing campaign calendar and manage the budget.
  • Understanding and acting on the main drivers for campaign effectiveness including setting clear campaign KPIs and targets.
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver statistical reports.
  • Analyze customer behavior and develop proactive plans based on the results.
  • Write copies for social media, press releases, newsletters, testimonials, and more.
  • Manage and optimize our website through WordPress.
  • Staying up to date with the latest industry trends.
  • Execute market research.

We are a small team, meaning that we are looking for someone who is not afraid to handle several projects simultaneously and has a positive, can-do attitude. You will work closely with Business Development, UX and our product teams, so good communication skills, and pro-active behaviour is a must.  If you are motivated, able to adapt quickly, flexible, and energetic, you will fit right in!


  • 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • You have a higher education degree, ideally related to Communications or Marketing.
  • Affinity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Adwords.
  • You are tech-savvy, creative, analytical, and results-oriented.
  • You have previous experience with social media management and preferably also WordPress.
  • Excellent English skills, knowing other languages is a plus.
  • Available from September/October 2020 to March 2021.

Our offer:

  • A contract for 32 or 40 hours per week.
  • Employment Agreement for 6 months with prospects.
  • A professional, informal work environment based in Rotterdam.
  • You can choose your own working hours between 07:00 and 19:00.
  • 25 annual holidays/ 200 holiday hours based on a 40-hour contract.
